We have three (3) levels of memberships:

The Advantage Membership Single is $100.00 per year and no door fee imposed at the monthly meetings.  One person only.

The Advantage Membership Double is $150.00 per year and no door fee imposed at the monthly meetings.  Two partners or a couple.

The Corporate Membership is $180.00 per year and includes no door fees for up to 2 people; you are permitted to place your commercial flyers on the Distressed REIA table during the monthly meetings; you get a free listing on the Distressed REIA website; and you are allowed to speak during the Infomercial prior to the start of monthly meetings.

Non-members can attend our monthly meetings for a $15 per person door fee. Please download and/or print out the Membership Application form below, fill out and mail or fax back to us at 561-948-0410.
